The Pierce by Greenleaf was given to me. It is need of a major rehab. I had big dreams for this one... but after working on it a few hours it may become a Haunted house.! Seems much easier with this one.! I also have a second Pierce and I wanted to connect the two to make a Big U shaped house but I really dont think this one is going to be able to be saved enough to make it into a Beautiful Estate home.

The Pierce I Attic & Exterior
Here is the exterior of the Pierce I and the upstairs attic, The Porch has been removed in order to repaint the entire exterior.
